You know it's been a stressful day when you try to slice cheese with the can opener. Needless to say, today we are stressed out and in a hurry. So I will post our "dinner-on-the-go" quickly. Laugh if you must, but it's better than no dinner at all, and takes less than 5 minutes to make if you use the microwave instead of the oven! The perfect "Oh shoot, I forgot about dinner and have no time to make anything!" meal.
Nobody else needs to know it wasn't planned. They'll just think mom is cool.
Pizza Bagels
Mozzarella Cheese (using what's left over from our Chicken Parm)
Pasta Sauce
Bagels
Directions
1- Slice bagel 2- Pour sauce over bagel 3- Place cheese over sauce 4- Melt cheese in either oven or microwave 5- Enjoy!
The Verdict
Incredibly easy to make, even for somebody as clueless as I am. Not only that but it has all my favorite things, cheese, carbs, and tomatoes. Life doesn't get much better than that.
I give it five stars!

Fruit Dessert!
Our refrigerator is filled to the max so I am thinking we will have leftovers today. So as not to leave you all stranded without a recipe though, I would like to share something my husband makes that is so super delicious and incredibly easy.
You will need:
1 Jell-O packet (we use strawberry)
1-2 cans fruit cocktail
1-2 cans mandarin oranges
other canned fruit if you like (pineapples, etc.,)
8 oz. container Kool-Whip (or other whipped topping)
1 container cottage cheese
Directions:
Combine everything in a bowl, stick in the refrigerator until you're ready to eat.
We went to dinner at my cousin's house on Sunday and brought this. Everyone thought it was really good!

Yummy Chicken Nuggets- review!
So lately I have been trying to find good, quick, fast, baby-friendly (aka not messy to eat with your hands) foods.
I stumbled across these Yummy brand Chicken Nuggets. They were much healthier than the little dinosaur shaped nuggets, and had the least amount of unpronounceable ingredients than any of the other nugget options (this is my health-o-meter, pronounce-ability of ingredients haha).
Anyway, I made them in the microwave today for The Baby and I to share and he really liked them. Two filled him up (he had them with his milk aka formula) and I had about 6. I made them in the microwave (bad mom, I know) but unlike most food, it still tasted good microwaved. They weren't super greasy and I didn't feel gross and sluggish after eating them. The Baby seemed to enjoy them as well!
