Fast Meatloaf!

Ingredients:
Ketchup
1/2 onion, chopped
1 egg
1 lb. hamburger
Salt and pepper to taste

*Brown sugar & Ketchup mix for topping
Mix all ingredients, top with ketchup. Cook at 350 degrees in small casserole dish for 30 minutes or less.
 
I skipped the crackers, and added a little bit of barbecue sauce on top because that's how our family is.

Threw some potatoes in with the meatloaf (although they will take longer to cook) and some canned veggies completes this fast meal.

I baked this in a small glass Pyrex dish and surprisingly, it was done in about 35minutes.  Not bad for meatloaf!

It was also pretty tasty 4 out of 5 :)  Approval from both myself and the husband!
